1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Myria (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Your Content & Ownership

You own the stories, prompts, and media you create with Myria, subject to any rights of third parties embedded in inputs/outputs. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Licenses

• Private content: When your stories are private, we store and process them only to provide the Service to you.
• Published content: When you publish, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, cache, display, distribute, and promote your published stories within the Service. You can unpublish at any time; cached copies may persist for a reasonable period.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, or explicit sexual content.
• No infringement of others’ rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).
• No abuse of the Service, including spam, scraping, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
• We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

• Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Credit packs provide additional usage and are consumed when used.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may apply.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non‑refundable once a period starts; unused credit packs are non‑refundable once partially consumed.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI‑generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you use them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Myria harmless from any claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction unless superseded by mandatory law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
